At Cancer Council Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun-safe fashion and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all sun-protection labels and swing tags intact.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new items within 5-7 business days.
